Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote, place an order, or otherwise use NXG's 3D printing and production services. By sending us a project or accepting a quote, you're agreeing to them.

What we do

NXG provides 3D printing, rapid prototyping, custom design/CAD work, and small-batch production services, using FDM and related additive manufacturing processes.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are estimates based on the file, material, quantity, and finish you describe. They're not binding until you confirm an order in writing (email is fine). Pricing may change if the final file, material, quantity, or specification changes after the initial quote.

Your files and designs

You keep full ownership of anything you send us. By submitting a file, you're confirming that you have the right to have it manufactured — for example, that it doesn't infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or patent. We use your files only to produce your order and won't repurpose them for anything else.

Things we won't print

We reserve the right to decline any job, including designs that are illegal to manufacture or possess, weapons or weapon components, counterfeit or unlicensed branded items, or anything we reasonably believe infringes someone else's rights or poses a safety risk.

Turnaround and delivery

Turnaround times we give are estimates, not guarantees — they can shift with material availability, print queue, or file complexity. We'll tell you if something changes materially from what was quoted.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time you accept a quote.

Liability

We produce parts to the specification agreed at order time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows — the date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the update.
