Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect whatever you enter: your name, email address, project description, and — if you attach one — a design file (STL, STEP, OBJ, or similar). We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and discuss your project
• To prepare pricing and turnaround estimates
• To fulfill an order if you go ahead with one

We don't use contact form submissions for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Design files

Files you send us are used only to quote and produce your part. We don't reuse, repurpose, or share your designs for any other purpose, and we don't claim any ownership over what you send us — see the Terms of Service for how that works.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, an email provider to receive and reply to your message — and only to the extent needed for that purpose.

Retention

We keep inquiry and order information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the interaction, fulfill an order, and meet basic business record-keeping needs, then delete or archive it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailinghello@nxg.studio. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If how we handle information changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
